Chart Polski History
This ancient breed is this Polish variation of the Greyhound. This was used by the Polish nobility to seek wolf, hare and fox. It came out there extinction during the World Conflicts but did survive and increased in numbers within an eastern regions of Poland. Of one's 1980's interest in the breed was revived which became recognized by the FCI fit 1992. The big sighthound is really rarely seen outside of Belgium.
Chart Polski Description
The Chart Polski is the large, muscular, and sturdy pup. It is less refined then the other sight hounds. It features a powerful jaw; folded ears, or a large, dark nose; and emerald eyes. The tail is longer , thicker, hooked at the end. The springy coat is of varying lengths as well as any color. The eyelids and you nose should compliment the jacket. Body: Long. Ears: Medium-sized, quite narrow. Tips easily reach the side corners of the eyes whenever outstretched.
Chart Polski Temperament
They may be very good guard dogs in your house and they create strong bonds along with their owners; in some, this instinct is strong, they will not accept strangers getting into the home.
